Nymphaea ‘Arc-en-Ciel’ The leaves are certainly the standout feature of this truly unique variety. They are olive green, frequently splashed yellow, cream, pink, and even red radiating from the center. No other waterlily leaf is similar and each Arc-en-Ciel pad is different. The flowers are pretty, shell pink, fading to nearly white on the last day, held above the water surface, and have a strong fragrance. A wonderful, fun lily for the collector.

The flower of this water lily is so bright white that it almost hurts the eyes :-). The star-shaped flower likes to stand about 10 cm above the water surface. The outer petals will then hang downwards, which gives the flower a full effect. This elegant flower has a beautiful yellow heart that contrasts with the bright white petals. These petals are very fine and give the water lily that extra elegance. The flowers are about 12 to 14 cm in size. They smell wonderfully sweet, but unfortunately they are not suitable as cut flowers, so do not cut off these flowers.
