Nymphaea ‘Mangkala Ubol’ is a Dr. N. Nopchai Charnsilpa created hardy waterlily created in 1997. It is peachy yellow with brownish green pads that are flecked. It is one of the earliest blooming hardy waterlilies at the end of winter each year and blooms very late into the early winter season beyond most other hardy waterlilies.
